Purchases can be made through our materials website using either a credit card or a Purchase Order (PO). If your organization is tax-exempt and you plan to pay by credit card, please click the Contact Us tab for assistance before placing your order. For information on paying with a PO, please visit the Purchase Orders page.

The cost of shipping is built in to the price of materials, so there is noadditionalcharge to customers for shipping. 

Materials purchased through this website are subject to applicable sales tax unless tax-exempt status has been verified and applied to your account.

To have your account designated as tax-exempt for credit card purchases:

1. Email your tax-exempt certificate and Shopify account username to ACSOrders@cancer.org.
2. Once your certificate has been received and verified, your account will be designated as tax-exempt, and future orders placed through that account will not be charged sales tax.
3. Create an online Shopify account.

Please note: If you place an order before your tax-exempt status has been approved and applied to your account, sales tax will be charged and cannot be refunded. You will receive an email confirmation once your information has been verified and your account has been updated with tax-exempt status.

Please allow up to 10 business days from time of order for shipment. This is an estimated shipping time as unexpected delays may occur.

It is not possible to expedite shipping, but please see our "Free Material Downloads" tab for files you can print on demand for timely needs.

Items are delivered by UPS (bulk / large shipments) and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, Rural Route (RR), Highway Contract Route (HC), or international address.
