Are free materials available?
This site is designed for quantity needs greater than 5. For smaller quantities, please contact us at 1-800-227-2345 for individual material needs or visit cancer.org to view cancer documents available. You can also view a variety of free printables on our “Free Material Downloads” tab.
What are the payment options available for ordering?
Purchases can be made on our materials website via credit card payment. If you are interested in paying with a Purchase Order (PO), please see below.
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is built in to the price of materials, so there is no additional charge to customers for shipping.
How can I pay with a Purchase Order?
Organizations interested in paying with Purchase Orders must be approved as a purchaser. To begin the PO approval process:
- Please fill out the Purchaser Order Setup form at: https://forms.office.com/r/dUwE1VbHvM
- If you are a tax-exempt organization and want tax excluded from your invoices (created from POs), please submit your tax-exempt certificate to: ACSOrders@cancer.org
My organization is tax-exempt. Can I receive tax exemption on my credit card orders?
Materials sold via this website are subject to taxation unless tax exemption is verified. To have your account designated as tax-exempt for credit card orders:
- Create a Shopify account (https://education.cancer.org/account/register)
- Email your tax-exempt certificate and Shopify account username to ACSOrders@cancer.org. Once your certificate is received and verified, your account can be designated as tax-exempt and orders after that point will not include tax. NOTE: If you place an order before your tax designation has been approved and applied, your order will have taxes applied and those funds cannot be refunded. You will receive an email response once your information has been verified and your account has been designated as tax-exempt.
What is the typical shipping time?
Please allow up to 10 business days from time of order for shipment. This is an estimated shipping time as unexpected delays may occur.
Is there an option for expedited shipping?
It is not possible to expedite shipping, but please see our "Free Material Downloads" tab for files you can print on demand for timely needs.
Can materials be sent to a P.O. Box or international address?
Items are delivered by UPS (bulk / large shipments) and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, Rural Route (RR), Highway Contract Route (HC), or international address.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
